Menya Musashi is a ramen brand which origin in Japan and be inspired by a famous warrior-Miyamoto Musashi. Since it opened, it has developed more than 140 different flavors of ramen. Kanzan Menya as a sub-brand of Menya Musashi, it uses multiple parts including pork ribs, pig skin, chicken feet and a variety of vegetables to craft the signature ramen broth.
