At the tables of “Seiko”, each dish is not only a delicious presentation but also infused with the chef’s passion and creativity, each dish telling a story capturing many delicious flavours. Here, the fusion of Shōwa-era classics along with the European palate define the tasty cuisine. Especially, the caramel pudding and rich siphon coffee which stir up warm and nostalgic feelings, reminiscent to the past. The in-house “The Herb Garden” is decorated with greenery and petals, accompanied by the gentle sound of flowing water, creating a serene natural ambience. Every bite of food is accompanied by the essence of nature, bringing a joyful and pleasant experience.
