Brewed in winter, it undergoes long-term low-temperature fermentation. The Yamadanishiki rice has a clear body and unique fruity aroma. Made with the spring water from Mount Kongō, it is like the essence of divine water. Using natural Japanese Yamadanishiki rice, the polished rice grains are like crystal-clear beads. With meticulous craftsmanship and limited production, "Shinryuu" offers a sweet and fruity aroma, pairing perfectly with all dishes.
